Zazie Beetz Workout Routine and Diet Plan: How she’s becoming Deadpool’s Domino!
Okay, so I’m stoked for Zazie as Domino.
Don’t pretend you’re not!
Although Zazie Beetz is a fairly new face to Hollywood, appearing in the film Applesauce, the hit TV show Atlanta, and some others – I think she’s going to fit right in alongside Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool and Josh Brolin’s Cable.
But, ay, everyone’s open to their opinions, right?
Either way, I’m sure all of you are in agreement that Zazie Beetz rocks a kill physique.
So, why not take advantage of her routine…
Zazie Beetz Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight: (approximate) 130 lbs.
Age: 25 years old
Zazie Beetz is listed around 5’5-5’6 depending on the source, which puts her right around the exact average range we see for women at Superhero Jacked.
She stands right there with women like Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Katie Cassidy, and Emily Bett Rickards – which is just above the shorter women like Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, and Emilia Clarke.
Standing above all these women are ladies like Gal Gadot, Cate Blanchett, Zendaya, Jennifer Lawrence and Sophie Turner, to name a few.

There’s not much out there about Zazie Beetz diet and nutrition, so for this one we’ll have to go straight to the SHJ style!
But, hey, some would say that’s the best way!
Beetz has an incredible physique, so it’s likely she’s eating healthy to match the workouts she’s been put through for Deadpool 2.
That being said, we know here at SHJ: sustainability is absolutely essential. So, while I’m going to suggest intermittent fasting, and other pieces found within our nutrition pillars, it’s going to be your job to pick the right ones for you!
Similar to our Nutritional Classes (Vikings, Monks, Hunter Gatherers, Spartans, Samurais, Minimalists) within The Academy, our diets should revolve around exactly what each specific person needs to sustain it and utilize it to a full potential.

Zazie Beetz Workout Routine Research
While training for Deadpool 2 Zazie Beetz workout routine was done with celeb coach Don Saladino (who I’ll show below).
IB Times tells us in an interview with Zazie Beetz:
The “Deadpool 2” star is adjusting her exercise regimen before she starts learning fight choreography. “I’m doing strength conditioning, so that’s like working out everyday, which has been really hard,” Zazie laughed to IBT. “But it’s also really good. It’s amazing how fast your body adjusts and changes and the stuff I’m lifting is already heavier and recovering better.”
A bit further into the article they go on to say:
She explained that the workouts are really to make sure that she can handle doing fight scenes all day once filming for the Ryan Reynolds action flick begins in late June. “I’m going to be shooting guns, I fight and a lot of that movement is full body and physical,” Zazie said. “You’re doing that for 12 hours a day and they just want you to have the stamina.”
Sounds to me like it’s a lot more fun than she makes it out to be!
And no, we will not be incorporating gun shooting in this routine!

Zazie Beetz Workout Routine
Training Volume:
3-5 days per week
Explanation:
Zazie Beetz mentioned the fact that she was basically working out everyday for her role. We have to remember the timeline she was on when preparing, though. For that reason, you can utilize 3-5 days of which I’ll program for you. Three of the days will be the style training she utilized with her trainer, and two days will be cardio and activity days.
Day One: Personal Trainer Styled Training
Warm Up:
Stretch
Light Jog (400-800m)
Workout:
3 Rounds of Superset:
Barbell Bench Press x 10
Dips x 10
3 Rounds of Superset 2:
Arnold Press x 10
Pull Ups (or Pikes/Assisted) x 10
3 Rounds of Superset 3:
Front Squats x 10
Box Jumps (or Step Ups) x 10
3 Rounds of Superset 4:
Barbell Rows x 10
Push Ups x10
Day Two: Cardio and Activity
This is where it’s your job to get active.
You’re either going to get outside and use your fitness via hiking, sports, or some other form of fun activity – OR you’re going to utilize this day as a way to get involved in a class.
Whether that’s MMA, cycling, yoga, pilates, etc. – doesn’t matter!
Day Three: Personal Trainer Styled Training

Dumbbell Chest Flys x 10
Dips x 10
3 Rounds of Superset 2:
Shoulder Front Raises x 10

Box Jumps (or Step Ups) x 10
3 Rounds of Superset 4:
Deadlift x 10
Push Ups x10
Day Four: Cardio and Activity
This is where it’s your job to get active.
You’re either going to get outside and use your fitness via hiking, sports, or some other form of fun activity – OR you’re going to utilize this day as a way to get involved in a class.
