I usually have breakfast about 11 a.m.
It usually consist of leafy greens sweet potatoes, squash brown rice
fish, turkey or chicken with extra virgin olive oil
plain, vanilla, or coconut organic yogurt,
I usually have oranges, blue berries, cherries, or watermelon during the
summer months I like dark chocolate 70% or peanut butter and crackers;
or onion rings as splurge foods.
